Zocdoc acquires Sohar Health in latest push to scale tech infrastructure

Zocdoc announced its first acquisition in nearly 20 years, acquiring Sohar Health to scale its business infrastructure. Sohar already provides insurance eligibility checks integrated within Zocdoc's appointment scheduling platform.
