IRhythm grows heart monitoring leadership with $288M VitalConnect buy

iRhythm Technologies is acquiring VitalConnect for $288 million to expand its cardiac monitoring device portfolio and access a largely underserved $1 billion market. The acquisition strengthens iRhythm's position in wearable heart monitoring technology.
