DePuy Synthes names CFO ahead of J&J split

DePuy Synthes has appointed Christina Zamarro as CFO effective July 2026, ahead of Johnson & Johnson's planned separation of the company. Zamarro brings nearly 20 years of finance experience from Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company.
