Boston Scientific, Blackstone agree to $455M deal to co-fund heart pump development

Boston Scientific and Blackstone entered a $455 million agreement to jointly develop heart pump technology. Under the deal, Blackstone may receive regulatory and commercial milestone payments plus royalties on net sales.
