As a Field Service Technician, you will provide maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services on highly technical medical equipment and systems at customer locations throughout the assigned service territory. This is a hands-on, customer-facing field service position requiring strong mechanical, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and troubleshooting skills. You will perform scheduled preventive maintenance and emergency repairs while ensuring equipment is serviced according to manufacturer requirements, regulatory standards, and established procedures. You will also interact directly with customers, provide equipment instruction, and help ensure the proper operation and use of equipment.

Key experience

Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience; Experience with electrical and electronic systems; Knowledge of valves, steam, and water systems; Experience troubleshooting mechanical and hydraulic equipment; Preventive maintenance experience; Valid driver's license. Nice-to-have: Military avionics experience, Military electro-mechanical maintenance experience, Medical equipment or medical device service experience, Previous field service experience
