Respond immediately to Dräger Evita V800 ventilator displaying 'O2 Sensor Failure' alarm. Isolate fault, replace O2 sensor, perform full calibration including flow and pressure sensors, and verify ventilation parameters with test lung. Unit is in active use in ICU.
