Coverage
- Serves the Southeast healthcare community from its North Charleston, SC base
- Dedicated service territory managers for South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, Arkansas, and Kentucky
- On-site service with customary response times of 30 minutes by phone and 4 hours on-site under Plus-and-above ProCare plans
- Business hours Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm ET, with a main-line number for after-hours and holiday requests
